SUBJECT: Office of Management and Budget/Paperwork Reduction Act Extensions for: (1) the National Medical Support Notice; (2) Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity; and (3) Required Data Elements for Paternity Establishment Affidavits

The Office of Management Budget (OMB) has granted extensions to the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) for collecting information under the Paperwork Reduction Act (PRA) for: (1) the National Medical Support Notice (NMSN), OMB control number 0970-0222, with an extension until September 30, 2004; (2) Voluntary Acknowledgment of Paternity, OMB control number 0970-0175, with an extension until January 31, 2005; and (3) Required Data Elements for Paternity Establishment Affidavits, OMB control number 0970-0171, with an extension until January 31, 2005.
