RE: Statistical Report OCSE-Local 2

Dear Colleague:

This letter is to inform you that the Statistical Report OCSE-Local 2 will no longer be required. OMB approval expires June 30, 1992. OCSE has decided not to continue use of the form. While the intent of this form was to collect information from each large city, the data has not been representative of the services being provided in the cities.

In the OCSE METS Initiative (Measuring Excellence Through Statistics) we have pledged to reduce unnecessary reporting. The discontinuation of this form will relieve you of unnecessary reporting burden.
