RE: State's Unaccountable Results

Dear Colleague:

Enclosed please find your State's unaccountable results from the 1993 processing year test tape submittal for the Federal Tax Refund Offset Program. Please review the results to determine if any of these cases may be corrected prior to your State's final submittal in September or December.

For those States who issue their own pre-offset notice, also included are addresses from your test tape to use in the mailing of notices.
