TO ALL STATE IV-D DIRECTORS

Dear Colleague:

Enclosed is the 1st Quarter FY 1995 invoice for the period October 1, 1994 through December 31, 1994 for non-AFDC, locate only and parental kidnapping/child custody cases processed by the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS).

Currently, we are reconciling the billing invoices commencing with the 1st Quarter FY 1993 (October 1, 1993) through the 1st Quarter, FY 1995. Upon the completion of our reconciliation, a copy of the FPLS Invoice Report will be sent to you. All States are to promptly review the FPLS Invoice and report any discrepancies.
