TO ALL STATE IV-D DIRECTORS

Dear Colleague:

Enclosed is the 2nd Quarter FY 1995 invoice for the period January 1, 1995 through March 31, 1995 for non-AFDC, locate only and parental kidnapping/child custody cases processed by the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS).

As stated in our last letter, we have completed reconciling the billing invoices through the 1st Quarter of FY 1995. Any adjustments are noted on the bottom portion of your 2nd quarter billing invoice.

All States are to promptly report FPLS charges as an offset against their Federal quarterly payment on line 11 of the Financial Form (OCSE Form 131) timely and accurately.
