RE:       State's Edit Validation Test Tape Results

Enclosed please find your State's edit validation test tape
results from the 1996 processing year for the Federal Tax Refund
Offset Program.  Please review the results to determine if any of
these cases may be corrected prior to your State's final
submittal in September or December.
