RE: Proceedings From Expanded FPLS Work Group Meeting

Dear Colleague:

Enclosed you will find a copy of the proceedings from the March 17-19 meeting of the Expanded FPLS Work Group. The focus of the meeting was on the Federal Case Registry. Work Group members representing SESAs and the U.S. Department of Labor also met for a half-day session to discuss quarterly wage and UI reporting.

We are sending you a copy of the proceedings to provide you with an opportunity to comment on the decisions that were made at the meeting. We have included some of the briefing materials as appendices in order to make reviewing the proceedings easier for those who were not in attendance. The briefing materials should not be distributed since changes were made to them at the meeting. We hope that you will take the time to look over the proceedings and provide us with your feedback as soon as possible. Comments are due back by close of business Wednesday, May 7.
