Genetic Testing Laboratories, Third Edition

On August 3, 1993, the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) published and distributed the "Directory of Genetic Testing Laboratories, Third Edition" (IM-93-04) to all States. We are planning to publish a revised edition of this Directory. We are requesting your assistance in this effort.

We have enclosed the pages of the current directory for your State to review. Please provide current information in the same format as the enclosure. In addition, we have enclosed a copy of IM-93-04 (no attachment) dated August 3, 1993 and a copy of IM-97-03 dated April 10, 1997 regarding Accreditation of Genetic Testing Labs. Please provide a contact person with his/her address and phone number at the State and/or county level. We are seeking information on laboratories operating in or doing business with your State, including laboratories that may provide service to and/or contract with only one or more counties. Please indicate whether the laboratory has a statewide contract or whether the contract is with individual counties nd list the counties.
