Dear Ms. Hill-McCloud:

On behalf of the Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) and the approximately 32 million children who will benefit from the implementation of the Federal Case Registry (FCR), I would like to express our deepest appreciation for the outstanding support provided by Beulah O'Neal and Diane Handley. Their dedication, attention to detail, and willingness to work long hours during our BITS test period, have been invaluable to the project and to the success of the FCR. Beulah and Diane clearly understood our tight implementation schedule and the level of effort required to meet legislatively mandated timelines. Both demonstrated extraordinary perseverance and provided a consistently high level of support, often working through the night to meet the schedule of the development team.

Beulah and Diane both demonstrate a commendable level of professionalism and customer service. It is this kind of commitment that has been so important to the child support enforcement program and instrumental to our collaboration with the Social Security Administration.

While we at OCSE recognize and appreciate Beulah's and Diane's hard work and the key role they have played in the success of our project, we also recommend that their efforts be recognized at the highest levels of the Social Security Administration.

Sincerely,

David Gray Ross
Commissioner
Office of Child Support Enforcement
