RE: Federal Location and Collection Services Materials

Dear Colleague:

The Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) has prepared a list of materials that were mailed to each State from February 1997 through November 1998 regarding the various location and collection services. These materials provide essential information on the State Directory of New Hires (SDNH), State Case Registry (SCR), National Directory of New Hires (NDNH), Federal Case Registry (FCR), Federal Offset system, and the Financial Institution Data Match (FIDM) program.

Please review the attached listing of materials sent to your State. If you are missing any materials or would like to request additional copies, please contact Christine Jennings at (703) 352-3855 or christine.jennings@trw.com. You may also contact your State technical assistance (TA) liaison (Amy Ballenger, Angela Frazer, Kerry Newcombe, or Gary Worrell).
