DEAR COLLEAGUE LETTER DCL-98-44
DATE : May 13, 1998
TO : All State IV-D Directors
RE : State Contacts List
Dear Colleague:
Attached please find a draft State Contacts List which indicates your State's point(s) of contact for the New Hire, Quarterly Wage, and Unemployment Insurance programs, and the State Case Registry. This information has been developed through informal discussions with you or members of your staff, and has proven to be extremely valuable throughout implementation of these programs.
In order to continue providing the best technical assistance possible, it is important that we have an accurate and complete listing of State contacts. So that we can ensure that the information we have compiled is correct and comprehensive, please review the attached list and make any necessary revisions. Please include the following information for each contact: name, title, State agency or vendor name (if privatized), address, telephone number, fax number, and e-mail address.
Please send any changes to the draft State Contacts List to Ceri Warner at OCSE, 370 L'Enfant Promenade, S.W., 4th Floor East, Washington, DC 20447. She may also be reached via telephone at (202) 401-5566 or by e-mail at cwarner@acf.hhs.gov.
Thank you for your continued support as we strive towards our goal of improving the lives of our nation's children.
Sincerely,
David Gray Ross
