RE : Federal Case Registry (FCR) Implementation Guide

Dear Colleague:

Enclosed you will find the introductory Purpose of Document, Chapters one through four, Chapter six, and the appendices of the FCR Implementation Guide. The Purpose of Document and Chapters one through three have been revised and replace the pages which were sent to you on February 9, 1998. Chapters four and six, and the appendices are new sections which should be added to your Guide.

We are pleased to provide these portions of the Guide to assist you and your staff in planning for and implementing your State Case Registry (SCR). The enclosed materials of the Guide will provide information on:

The remaining chapter on Family Violence will be distributed in the near future.
