Dear Colleague:

This is an addendum to DCL-98-69, which was to include two attachments, a copy of the draft Financial Data Match Specifications Handbook and a fact sheet for your use in developing materials for your State's financial industry data match program.

Enclosed is the fact sheet that was omitted from the original letter. This fact sheet contains information you may wish to use in your State's public information materials regarding the financial institution data match (FIDM) outreach aspect of your child support enforcement activities. The fact sheet also includes a phone list for FIDM information for each State.
