RE: OCSE’S Eighth National Child Support Enforcement Training Conference

Dear Colleague:

We advised you in DCL-98-47, dated May 19, 1998, of the Eighth National Child Support Enforcement Training Conference which will be held September 28-30, 1998, at the Hyatt Regency Washington on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.

A special feature of this year’s conference will be an all day satellite broadcasting on Tuesday, September 29, 1998. The morning plenary session will be broadcasted and include classroom sites across the country where selected child support staff will interact with the conference attendees in Washington, DC. Three workshops and the Awards Luncheon will also be broadcast. Satelliting the conference will expand our viewing audience and allow for greater participation.

The attached flyer provides highlights of this exciting program along with the downlink information. Please inform your States, local partners, and other interested parties about the broadcast as soon as possible and encourage them to tune in. The flyer may be reproduced as you deem necessary.
