RE: Passport Denial Contact and Address Information

Dear Colleague:

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is updating the State contact and address information used by the Department of State (DOS) in the passport denial letter sent to the non-custodial parent. Please send the following information to OCSE’s Federal Collections Branch, at scollections@acf.hhs.gov or fax to the attention of Rebecca Hamil at (202) 401-5553. Please provide this information even if there is no change to your State’s contact.
