Dear Colleague:

In our effort to disseminate information in an efficient and timely manner, the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), Office of Automation and Program Operations (OAPO), has implemented Lyris, a new tool for communicating with States via electronic mailing lists. You may already be familiar with the use of this tool by my office’s communications to IV-D Directors.

On January 13, 2000, a State Contacts Matrix was distributed to all States and territories with DC-00-06. States were asked to review and update the various points of contact information contained in the matrix and provide e-mail addresses for all points of contact. Based on the most current contact information we have received, we have implemented the following electronic mailing lists:

Child Support Enforcement Network 2000 (CSENet)
Employer Services
Federal Case Registry (FCR)
Federal Offset
Interstate Roster and Referral Guide (IRG)
Multistate Financial Institution Data Match (MSFIDM)
National Directory of New Hires (NDNH)
State Training Liaisons
State Automated Systems

The attached matrix provides an e-mail address for sending questions and replies to messages for each electronic mailing list. Additionally, the matrix provides an e-mail address for sending requests to subscribe or unsubscribe for each electronic mailing list. Non-members may request enrollment to any electronic mailing list by sending an e-mail message to the address shown in the "Contact for Subscribe & Unsubscribe Requests" column. Include the subscriber’s name and title, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number, and the name and e-mail address of the person being replaced (if applicable) in the message.
