In Dear Colleague letter DC-00-105, we announced the dates for the spring Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) Workshops. The first conference will be held April 2^nd through April 4^th at the Crown Plaza hotel in Seattle, Washington and the second conference will be held April 23^rd through April 25^th at the Crystal City Gateway hotel in Crystal City, Virginia.

The spring workshops will provide an excellent opportunity for your staff to learn how other States are enhancing their systems and programs and integrating the use of many new tools into their daily operations. In addition, we will explore future enhancements to Federal systems and discuss the best ways for them to be implemented.

The following are some of the issues that will be included in the Final Agenda:

Enclosed is a registration form. Please feel free to make copies and share them with others. If you are attending both conferences please return two registrations. While there is no registration fee for this conference, attendance is limited so it is important that everyone register. OCSE will pay three nights lodging for one participant from each state (the first individual who registers, unless you notify us otherwise). To guarantee the government rate, registrations need to be made through J&E Associates.
