DCL-02-05
DATE: March 19, 2002
TO: ALL STATE IV-D DIRECTORS
RE: State Disbursement Unit (SDU) Matrix
Dear Colleague:
This letter transmits an updated version of the SDU matrix. This edition of the SDU matrix replaces DCL-01-27 issued May 21, 2001.
Your agency should not re-direct interstate support payments to another state's SDU until officially notified by that state. This is to ensure that the other state is ready to receive payments from your agency. Also, the other state will notify you regarding the information necessary for that state to process the payment. For any state-specific questions, contact the state program or systems person listed on the matrix.
Please contact your regional office or Sue Sosler of my staff at (202) 401-5561 or at ssosler@acf.hhs.gov with questions you may have about this document.
We hope you find this information useful.
Sincerely,
Sherri Z. Heller, Ed.D.
