The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement published the first notice (60-day) in the Federal Register on January 11, 2005 (FR 1896 and 1897) requesting comments on revised OCSE-157 report and instructions. The Federal Register notice is attached, as is the proposed form and instructions.
