As of September 1, 2000, if you need assistance with issues related to the transmission of data to or from the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE), please contact Gary Sullivan at (410) 966-0931 or via email at gasullivan@acf.hhs.gov. You may also contact Abe Klugman at (410) 965-5635 or via email at aklugman@acf.hhs.gov. Due to staff reassignments, they will provide customer support on CONNECT:Direct, Tape/Cartridge, and Vital Information System Network (VISN) for the National Directory of New Hires (NDNH), the Federal Case Registry (FCR), the Federal Offset Program (FOP), Project 1099, and the Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS).
