RE:			Federal Offset Modernization Kick-Off Meeting

Dear Workgroup Member:

As you know, the Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is sponsoring a Federal Offset Modernization Workgroup kick-off meeting. The meeting will be held February 15-16, 2001 at the Grand Hyatt Washington in Washington, DC.

The purpose of the meeting is to start gathering business requirements for the new Federal Offset system. The conference is designed for the Federal Offset Modernization Workgroup members which includes at least one representative from all Regions. Additional members include representatives from OCSE, the Financial Management Service (FMS) and the Department of State (DOS).

OCSE will pay for hotel accommodations for two (2) nights for State representatives. State representatives are responsible for transportation to and from the Workgroup meeting and all meals.

Enclosed is the registration form containing hotel information. The deadline to return your registration form is January 26, 2001. Unless you return your form by the 26^th, there is no guarantee that you will secure a room.
