RE:	Second Quarter 2001 Full Reversal Fee Reimbursement

Dear Federal Offset Coordinators:

Enclosed is a summary report of full reversal fee reimbursements for the second quarter of Processing Year (PY) 2001. The reimbursement of full reversal fees occurs when the amount of the reversal or reversals equals the original offset. Please note that service fees are not reimbursed on cases with partial reversals. The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) reimburses full reversal fees to States quarterly.

In addition to the summary report, Federal Offset Coordinators will find a detailed report enclosed that lists SSN, name, and case ID for full reversal fees for your State. The corresponding service fees are being returned by transfer of funds through the automated Clearing House (ACH), and are scheduled for August 24, 2001.
