RE: Passport Denial Contact and Address Information

Dear Colleague:

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) is updating the state contact and address information used by the Department of State (DoS) in the passport denial letter sent to the noncustodial parent. For your convenience, a copy of the current listing used by DoS is enclosed.

If your state’s information has not changed, please respond with "(State’s) information is correct".
