RE: Emergency Notice of Withdrawal of Passport Denial Form

Dear Coordinators:

Based on state feedback and the volume of related phone inquiries concerning the emergency passport denial release process, enclosed is the revised version of the "Emergency Notice of Withdrawal of Passport Denial" form. Effective immediately, please use this form in place of any previous versions.

The withdrawal form will also be included in the next revision of the Federal Offset User Guide.
