RE:  Processing Year (PY) 2004 Federal Offset Collections Schedule

Dear Coordinators:

Enclosed is the PY 2004 Federal Offset Collections Schedule, effective with the first collection file scheduled to be transmitted on January 30, 2004, and funds deposited on February 5, 2004.  

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) Process Date is the actual date OCSE intends to process the collection file.  However, the "File to State" and "Transfer of Funds" dates are Financial Management Service’s (FMS) and Program Support Center’s (PSC) estimates.  We will continue to advise states of actual reporting and deposit dates via Technical Content Correspondence and E-Flash.
