RE:  Federal Offset Collections Report for OCSE Cycle 2005-15

Dear Coordinators:

Enclosed is the Federal Offset Collections Report for OCSE Cycle 2005-15.  This report represents Federal Tax Refund and/or administrative offsets, less the current fees of $12.65 per Federal Tax Offset and $15.00 per administrative offset, and any adjustments/reversals made during this collection cycle for the 1998 through 2005 processing years.

Based on 11,503 offsets, the net collections total for OCSE Cycle 2005-15 as of August 19, 2005, is $10,238,221. The year-to-date total for 1,347,493 offsets is $1,505,549,344. This compares to 1,326,130 offsets for $1,413,905,163 during the same collection cycle last year.
