RE:  Federal Offset Collections Report for OCSE Cycle 2005-22

Dear Coordinators:

Enclosed is the Federal Offset Collections Report for OCSE Cycle 2005-22.  This report represents Federal Tax Refund and/or administrative offsets, less the current fees of $12.65 per Federal Tax Offset and $15.00 per administrative offset, and any adjustments/reversals made during this collection cycle for the 1998 through 2005 processing years.

Based on 6,295 offsets, the net collections total for OCSE Cycle 2005-22 as of November 25, 2005, is $6,689,882. The year-to-date total for 1,409,814 offsets is $1,569,237,197. This compares to 1,386,693 offsets for $1,473,926,356 during the same collection cycle last year.
