RE:  Federal Offset Collections Report for OCSE Cycle 2006-06

Dear Coordinators:

Enclosed is the Federal Offset Collections Report for OCSE Cycle 2006-06.  This report represents Federal Tax Refund and/or administrative offsets, less the current fees of $12.65 per Federal Tax Offset and $15.00 per administrative offset, and any adjustments/reversals made during this collection cycle for the 1999 through 2006 processing years.

Based on 102,999 offsets, the net collections total for OCSE Cycle 2006-06 as of April 14, 2006, is $112,173,374. The year-to-date total for 749,785 offsets is $956,771,143. This compares to 766,936 offsets for $950,714,518 during the same collection cycle last year.
