RE: Federal Offset Collections Report for OCSE Cycle 2007-12

Dear Coordinators:

Enclosed is the Federal Offset Collections Report for OCSE Cycle 2007-12. This report represents Federal Tax Refund and/or administrative offsets, less the current fees of $13.65 per Federal Tax Offset and $17.00 per administrative offset, and any adjustments/reversals made during this collection cycle for the 2000 through 2007 processing years.

Based on 22,488 offsets, the net collections total for OCSE Cycle 2007-12 as of July 6, 2007 is $18,919,971. The year-to-date total for 1,335,926 offsets is $1,572,045,396. This compares to 1,262,715 offsets for $1,464,174,895 during the same collection cycle last year.

An electronic version of this report, along with additional detailed reports for your state, has been sent to your state via CONNECT:Direct (C:D).

The funds will be transferred through the Automated Clearing House (ACH) on July 19, 2007.
