This course is designed to provide trainers with the necessary curriculum for training State staff on the implementation of the Financial Institution Data
Match (FIDM) requirements. Under Welfare Reform, States were required to enter into agreements with financial institutions to match data that could be used to locate accounts that could be attached to collect unpaid child support.
