Electronic Communication
OCSE offers several methods for state-to-state electronic communication:
- Child Support Enforcement Network (CSENet) – an application for state child support systems to exchange automated interstate child support information
- Child Support Portal/SSP – a secure portal for states to access locate information and exchange child support information, and for external partners (such as employers, financial institutions and insurance companies) to provide information
- Electronic Document Exchange (EDE) – a portal application that allows states to exchange child support documents electronically
- Intergovernmental Referral Guide (IRG) – an application that provides office addresses and detailed information about state, tribal and some international child support programs
- National Interstate Case Reconciliation (ICR) – an annual process that identifies discrepancies in state case identifiers (case IDs) and provides correct case IDs for interstate communication
- Query Interstate Cases for Kids (QUICK) – a secure portal application that allows state workers to view real-time child support case information in another state system
