Webinar Series to Address Childhood Trauma in Indian Country

The Indian Country Child Trauma Center at the University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center is offering a series of free monthly Webinars on Childhood Trauma in Indian Country.

The series focuses on effective treatments for trauma for American Indian and Alaska Native youth, their parents, and family members. Continuing education credits will be available for each 1-hour session.

The third in the seven-part series will be held on August 28, 2013, at 2 p.m. ET. The Webinar, Evidence-Based Practices in Indian Country, will focus on differences between evidence-based approaches and evidence-based treatments.

This Webinar series is being presented by Dolores Subia Bigfoot, PhD, of the Indian Country Child Trauma Center.
