The new contact information for Finland is as follows:

P.O. Box 25
Telephone: +358 (9) 1606 7628
Fax: +358 (9) 1606 7524
OCSE is working with the Ministry of Justice to ascertain whether additional changes are required to “A Caseworker’s Guide to Processing Cases with Finland” found at IM-08-04.
If you have questions or need additional information, please contact Anne Miller at email@example.com. Thank you for your efforts to ensure that children involved in international cases receive child support.
