RE: Child Support Enforcement, The Big Picture: Putting the Pieces Together - Computer Based Training Course

Dear Colleague:

The Federal Office of Child Support Enforcement (OCSE) has developed a Computer Based Training (CBT) course on CD-ROM targeted for child support enforcement caseworkers. This new CBT course, Child Support Enforcement, The Big Picture: Putting the Pieces Together is enclosed.

The course is organized into five modules as follows:

  • Module 1 - Introduction to PRWORA
  • Module 2 - State Components
  • Module 3 - Expanded Federal Parent Locator Service (FPLS)
  • Module 4 - Federal Offset Program
  • Module 5 - Putting It All Together

Users are encouraged to work through the modules sequentially, however, the course can be viewed in any order. Minimum computer specifications for the CBT are listed inside the CD-ROM sleeve. Please feel free to produce additional copies.
