Enclosed is a notebook entitled, Colorado Multiple Initiatives Grant, Achieving Excellence in Child Support Program Operations, A Collection of Research and Design Reports. The reports, made possible by the OCSE grant (No. 90-XE-0007), address the following subjects:

  • Staffing Standards for the new millennium
  • Driver's License Suspension long term effects and effects of repeated suspensions
  • Incarcerated Noncustodial Parents - "Behind the Bars" and "Recently Released"
  • Profile of former and non-TANF applicants
