This Guide provides examples of a cost-benefit analysis specifically for a Child Support Enforcement (CSE) system. It provides a benefit model to illustrate how a cost/benefit analysis is developed and documented to justify a proposed CSE systems project. It is accompanied by a Functional Model spreadsheet application that implements the benefit model. Note: You must enable macros in Excel to use the Functional Model.
