Enhancements to the State Services Portal (SSP) Federal Offset application are as followed:

Adds a new user role to the SSP which allows users with browse-only capability to access federal tax refund offset information

Permits state submission of an Update transaction to make multiple changes to a case

Updates to the Federal Offset input record specifications affected by the changes made for this release
