¹ These counts include Non-Custodial Parents (NCPs) and Putative Fathers (PFs) submitted to the FPLS for locate purposes with no known SSN. FPLS were able to identify the correct SSN using other demographic information, and then locate these individuals
² FPLS locate sources include: DOD, FBI, IRS, SSA, DVA, NDNH, and NSA.
³ The Unique Non-Custodial Parents (NCPs) and Putative Fathers(PFs) Matched is derived by unduplicating SSNs located across all locate sources.
⁴ The report total is the sum of the individual State totals. Since an individual may be involved in child support cases in more than one State, there may be duplicates between the States.
