State agencies administering the Child Support Enforcement program under title IV-D of the Social Security Act are required to complete and submit a collections report quarterly in accordance with these instructions. The Administration for Children and Families operates and maintains an On-Line Data Collection (OLDC) system available to every State to submit this information electronically. The report must be submitted within thirty days of the end of each fiscal quarter, i.e., no later than October 30, January 30, April 30 and July 30.
