This process flow outlines the required activities for OCSE and the authorized matching partner--from initial meeting through commencement of the match.  Once a matching partner receives legislative authority to match to the National Directory of New Hires (NDNH), there is a defined process of meetings and activities that must occur.  Meetings may be tailored and consolidated depending on the matching partner and their experience with implementing data matches.

For a description of the NDNH data available to authorized matching partners, see the National Directory of New Hires Data Elements.

The National Directory of New Hires Data Submission Schedule contains the submission schedule for state and federal agencies.
