Correspondence:  State agencies should send all child support case correspondence to the Department of Justice in Northern Ireland:

Payments: Please note, that the REMO unit for Northern Ireland does not distribute money. State agencies should send child support payments directly to the custodial parent or if so directed, to a specifically named Court Office in Northern Ireland for onward transmission to the custodial parent (checks should be made payable to the the custodial parent).

Please note to always include Northern Ireland’s case number and first and last name of the custodial parent and of the debtor/obligor on all payments and correspondence.
