The Query Interstate Cases for Kids (QUICK) application is being modified as follows:

Allow states the ability to view other states' case information without requiring implementation of QUICK web services

Display a specific message when a state's system is not available due to scheduled maintenance

Allow access to the QUICK application for requests with a valid QUICK user role

Allow states to restrict certain users from viewing federal tax information (FTI)
