Describes the following Federal Case Registry (FCR) and Intergovernmental Referral Guide (IRG) enhancements for implementation in May 2002:

  • Add the State Verification and Exchange System (SVES) as a new locate source available through the FCR
  • Return Participant Type in the FCR-to-National Directory of New Hires (NDNH) Proactive Match Response Record
  • Reject Duplicate Locate Requests
  • Create a Data Inconsistency File
  • Provide Closed Account Indicator for Multistate Financial Institution Data Match (MSFIDM) Matches
  • Provide a certification button to validate information on the IRG database
  • Delete the MSFIDM Freeze and Seize Matrix Link for the State Profile Section (SPS) Map and Profile section
  • Delete the State Lien Matrix Link from the SPS Map and Profile section
  • Display International FIPS Codes on the FIRG
  • Provide a total number of website hits per month and year
  • Provide MSFIDM Freeze and Seize information for all states on the SPS
  • Provide State Lien information for all states on SPS
  • Provide State Lien Contact information for all states
