Describes the following Child Support Enforcement (CSENet), Electronic Income Withholding Order (e-IWO), Federal Case Registry (FCR), Federal Offset Program (FOP), Interstate Referral Guide (IRG) and Query Interstate Cases for Kids (QUICK) enhancements for implementation in April 2009:
