Street Outreach Program (SOP)

Today, in communities across the country, young people are living on the streets, on the run from homes characterized by abuse, neglect, or parental drug or alcohol abuse. Once on the streets, such youth are at risk of being sexually exploited or abused. The Street Outreach Program funds agencies that conduct outreach designed to build relationships with street youth in order to help them leave the dangers of the streets.
