SEARCH INSTRUCTIONS

Use and to search for all the keywords that you have specified. Use of and will reduce the number of documents retrieved in a search. For example, a search in the abstract field using the words health and immunization will retrieve only those documents containing both of these terms in the document's abstract.

Use quotes around a string of words to find an exact phrase match. For example, a search for "mental health and disabilities" in the title field will retrieve only those documents containing that exact phrase in the document's title.

If you do not have specific document information, such as author or journal name, search for keywords in the abstract field in order to locate the largest number of relevant records. Searching for keywords in the title field will yield the most relevant documents, but you may miss many pertinent records.

If your keyword search resulted in no records, check your spelling or try a more general term. You might also try searching in a different field. For example, if a search in the title field resulted in no matches, try the same keyword in the abstract field.
