The Second Federal Register posting and request for comments on the revised Procedures for Requests from Tribal Lead Agencies to Use Child Care and Development Fund for Construction or Major Renovation of Child Care Facilities has been published. Tribes and other interested parties should submit their formal comments to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) within 30 days—no later than February 21, 2013.
