March 12, 2013The Office of Child Care's (OCC) 2nd Federal Register Notice soliciting comments on the FY 2014-2015 CCDF Plan Preprint for States and Territories was published on February 26, 2013 for a 30-day comment period. We have color-coded it for readers to see the changes that have been made. The italicized fonts in blue were the changes we made to the document for the 1st Federal Register Notice on September 4, 2012 and the italicized fonts in purple are the revisions made based on the comments we received. States, Territories, and other interested parties should submit their formal comments to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) Paperwork Reduction Project, Fax: (202) 395–7285, Attn: Desk Officer for the Administration for Children and Families, or E-mail: OIRA_SUBMISSION@OMB.EOP.GOV within 30 days—no later than March 26, 2013.
