March 8, 2013This Technical Bulletin describes how to use the Summary Data Assessment Report (Summary Report). Designated staff in States and Territories automatically receive this report via e-mail after their ACF-801 case-level data has been submitted to the Child Care Bureau (CCB) and has been processed in the Child Care Bureau Information System (CCBIS).1 Note that the Detailed Assessment Report no longer is generated by CCBIS and grantees may instead use the Child Care Data Viewer software to capture similar information.

Child Care and Development Fund ACF-801 Case-Level Reporting Form: Instructions
September 17, 2012The ACF-801 case-level data are collected monthly and reported either monthly or quarterly. Quarterly data are reported 60 days after the end of each quarter and monthly data are due 90 days after the report month. All Lead Agencies in the States, the District of Columbia, and Territories (Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Marianna Islands, and the US Virgin Islands) are responsible for collecting and reporting ACF-801 data.
