Summary: This Information Memorandum (IM) is jointly issued by the Director of the Office of Child Care, Shannon Rudisill, and the Commissioner for the Administration on Children, Youth and Families, Bryan Samuels.   The purpose of this memorandum is to provide information to Child Care and Development Fund (CCDF) Lead Agencies and State and local child welfare agencies to encourage partnerships across these agencies to better serve vulnerable child populations and families.
